About Lee’s Highland Cattle

Strikingly different with their thick coats and long horns, Highland Cattle meat is even more noteworthy. Their coats, rather than fat, keep them warm resulting in lean, high quality cuts of beef. These docile creatures are slow to mature making their meat finely textured, tender and juicy. And at Lee’s Country Woods, you won’t find better kept cattle.

We raise our Highland Cattle in a natural and humane environment. Each animal brushed daily. Pens are cleaned twice a day. They are not treated with antibiotics or steroids. We raise registered cattle suitable for breeding as well as unregistered stock for butchering. All cattle are raised naturally, grazing in pasture and living stress-free on our family farm.

Call us to find out about available bull calves for your breeding stock, as well as our naturally raised cattle ready for butchering. We sell whole animals, halves, and split-quarters as available. You may arrange for your own processing or we can arrange it locally for you. Call for availability and pricing.

Hides and horns are also available to add a unique touch to your interior design.
